Hey , I have a couple of questions concerning book readers and book scanners. I recently had my first technology evaluation. And I requested a few devices but I’m not sure which ones are better.
What is the difference between Victor Stream and Book Sense? Same thing for the next question, whats the difference between Kurzweil and Open Book?
If you think of better ones, feel free to list it here.
Your comments and suggestions would help a lot. Thanks.

There are also off-the-shelf products that might work well for you. I haven't used them in a long time, so am not sure what's still accessible, but it's definitely an option. As for the blind ones, I definitely agree here that it's a matter of preference. I've used both Kurzweil 1000 and Open Book and enjoyed them both. I'll be trying Recognita and perhaps Omnipage 6, if I can get a hold of them, but these are for DOS, so no need to concern yourself with them.
